Riccardo Zingales (Milan, 1960) has been Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of CIR (previously COFIDE) since April 1999.
He earned a degree in Company Economics at Milan’s Bocconi University in 1985, and has been on Milan’s Register of Business Consultants since 1989.
Since 1985, he has worked for a number of accounting firms in Milan, and from 1991 for his own firm (Zingales & Associati), with a focus in the taxation and corporate fields, working with both Italian and foreign companies.
He has specific experience in corporate and regulatory matters for listed companies, assistance and consulting for acquisitions, management of share blocks and company branches, financial agreements and negotiations.
Since 1985, he has held roles as Auditor in listed companies and Director in listed companies and banks.
