Gianluca Cinti practices as a business consultant and Chartered Accountant and serves as a Statutory Auditor.
He has more than 25 years of professional and consulting experience, as a founding partner of XGA Srl, which grew out of his own practice established in 2023, and previously at a professional advisory firm where, among other roles, he co-led the team dedicated to extraordinary transactions.
In addition, throughout his career he has served as a director and statutory auditor of listed companies, financial institutions, public interest entities, and private companies in both the industrial and services sectors.
He serves as Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of KME Group S.p.A. and other major Italian holding and operating companies, and as Standing Statutory Auditor, among others, for companies within the A2A and Sella Groups..
