Antonella Dellatorre (Casale Monferrato – Alessandria, 1971) has been a standing Auditor at CIR (previously COFIDE) since June of 2014.
She earned a degree in Economics and Commerce at the State University of Turin in 1997 and joined the Register of Business Consultants in 2006.
She began her professional activity in 2002, working for a number of accounting firms in Casale Monferrato and Milan.
In particular, she is active in the areas of managing bankruptcy trustee services and settlements with creditors; assistance and consultancy for the preparation of petitions for settling with creditors and filing for bankruptcy; tax assistance for Italian and foreign companies; assistance for the acquisition and disposal of equity investments; capital transactions, mergers, de-mergers, splits, transformations and spin-offs; assistance and consulting on inheritance and family wealth management.
