Elisabetta Oliveri

INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Elisabetta Oliveri (Varazze – Savona, 1963) has been an independent director of CIR since April 2023.

She graduated cum laude in Electronic Engineering from the University of Genova (1987).

She began her career at Marconi Plc, over time acquiring roles of growing responsibility in the R&D area, until being nominated in 1998 as Senior Vice President Strategies of Marconi Mobile S.p.A..

She was first Director for Strategy and Business Development (2001), then General Manger (2003) and subsequently CEO of Sirti S.p.A..  

From 2012 to 2019 she was CEO of Gruppo Fabbri Vignola S.p.A..

At present she is chairman of Sagat, a company that manages Aeroporto di Torino, and Autostrade per l’Italia. She is a director for many important listed companies: ERG (member of Strategic Committee and of Control, Risks and Sustainability Committee), Trevi Finanziaria Industriale (member of Appointments and Remuneration Committee and of Control, Risks and Sustainability Committee), Industrie De Nora (Chairman of Appointments and Remuneration Committee and member of Committee for Related-Parties Transactions), and Stella.   

She was a director, among others, of ATM, Eutelsat, Snam, GEDI and Fincantieri.

She founded and chairs the Fondazione Furio Solinas Onlus.

In 2008 she was awarded the honour of Cavaliere al Merito della Repubblica italiana by the President of the Italian Republic. In 2016, she received the “Merito e Talento” prize from Federmanager – Aldai.
