Place and year of birth: Turin, 1964. Edoardo De Benedetti is a physician specialized in internal medicine and cardiology. Since 2003 he has worked at the Hôpital de La Tour in Meyrin (Switzerland), where he is co-head of interventional cardiology, in addition to practicing privately. After graduating in Medicine from the University of Geneva in 1990, he obtained Swiss specializations in internal medicine and cardiology. From 1999 to 2003 he was Head Physician at the CHUV in Lausanne. In 2000, thanks to a research grant, he worked as a researcher at the National Institute of Health and Medical Research (INSERM) in Paris. He has taken part in humanitarian missions in Bosnia, Georgia, and Kosovo and is the author of numerous scientific articles in the field of cardiovascular medicine. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the TOG – Together to Go Foundation, engaged in the rehabilitation of children with neurological diseases.
Degree: Medicine degree from the University of Geneva.
