Rome, 19 July 2012 – Gruppo Espresso announces that the “Commissione Tributaria Regionale” (the regional tax Commission of Lazio), has suspended implementation of ruling no. 64/9/2012, with which it had partially condemned the company regarding assessments issued by the “Agenzia delle Entrate” (the revenue office) and dating back to the 1991 tax year.
As announced, the Group appealed to the “Corte di Cassazione” (the supreme tax Commission) on 27 June 2012 and submitted a motion to suspend proceedings to the “Commissione Tributaria Regionale” (the regional tax Commission of Lazio) on 28 June 2012
