Milan, December 8 2014 – Under the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of June 30 and in implementation of the notice published on October 27, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 1 and 5 2014 it bought back 425,000 of its own shares at an average price of € 0.8684, for a total amount of € 369,090.50.
CIR S.p.A. is now holding a total of 52,231,703 of its own shares, equal to 6.576% of its share capital.
