Milan, October 12 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between October 5 and 9 2015 it bought back 967,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.9229, for a total amount of € 892,445.30. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 97,262,526 own shares, equal to 12.2452% of its share capital.
