Milan, January 25 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between January 18 and 22 it bought back 1,089,007 own shares at an average price of € 0.8646, for a total amount of € 941,569.31. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 111,509,290 own shares, equal to 14.0388% of its share capital.
