Milan, September 25 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between September 18 and 22 it bought back 182,564 own shares at an average price of € 1.2901, for a total amount of € 235,518.40. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 136,137,185 own shares, equal to 17.1394% of its share capital.
