Milan, October 23 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between October 16 and 20 it bought back 143,199 own shares at an average price of € 1.2481, for a total amount of € 178,727.94. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 136,762,599 own shares, equal to 17.2182% of its share capital.
